Meet Chef Giovanni

Chef Giovanni (aka "Chef John") came to New York from Marineo, Sicily at the ripe age of 18-years-old, with just a pocket full of recipes and a dream. His beautiful wife, Tina, and lovely daughter, Maryann (aka Marianna... yah know... like the Pizzeria), can be found helping out in the kitchen on any given day. Chef John takes great pride in sharing his unique, unparalleled dishes with anyone lucky enough to try them!
